Dictionary Corner

There weren't as many words in the dictionary 40 years ago as there are these days, and for some of us it can be very confusing, especially with all the slang made up by the youth of today.

Well, don't worry! We've put together a list of words and their meanings that many Friends of Grandma Spoons have told us they're baffled about.  All those words that you hear quite often but never liked to ask anyone about.  After reading this you will even be able to watch Channel 4 and understand a little bit of what's going on.

The proper words I looked up in a dictionary and the slang words were translated by Elsie's 15-year-old grandson.
